Midwood High School Class of 1957 - 55th Reunion Plans
As the Class of ’57 is about to “pass the speed limit,” we invite our classmates, significant others and families to a 55th Anniversary Reunion on the weekend of April 20th, 21st and 22nd, 2012. The centerpiece will be highlights from our Sing performances and there will even be new material. There will be audience participation but if you'd like to be on stage pease contact Harris Sarney (phone and Email below). The events are:
Friday night 6-9 pm Cocktail reception at Elaine Serlin Reiss’s home in Manhattan. (924 West End Ave) 105th St and Broadway, Apt 123 (near the #1 line 103rd St station)
Saturday afternoon and evening 4-10 pm Sing Performance at Midwood and Dinner at Brooklyn College Student Center
Midwood High School.
1 pm. Rehearsal for performers
4 pm. Gather and meet old friends at Midwood and SING performance in the auditorium
Brooklyn College
6:30. Cocktails at Student Center. (Easy walk around the corner to the Student Center)
7:30-10 pm. Buffet Dinner
Sunday. Noon-3 pm. Brunch/lunch at Larry Ross’s home in Madison, New Jersey (65 Treadwell Ave)
You may choose which events you want to attend. We are trying to control costs so everyone can participate in all the events. There will be other opportunities to spend time together, such as exploring The Highline in Manhattan.

If any of you have scripts, photos and other related sing memorabilia that you can loan/contribute please contact Harris Sarney (harrismsar@aol.com, 718-852-5921). An example of photos we do have of Sophmore and Senior sings are attached.
Your classmates have been busy integrating songs from all our sings into a new script. Some of their* work can be heard at http://midwoodalumni.org
* Participants in the recording are: Carole Demas and Paula Rosen Janis, vocals; Rhea Berenson Jezer, piano; Rosanna Romanelli Frank, leading; and Stuart Allyn (Carole’s husband), recording engineer.
